Mark joined the firm in 1987 and has over 20 years’ experience in practice, he provides strategic support to clients.

His specialist skills include Corporate Finance and strategic planning which includes; – financial reporting – due diligence work- mergers and acquisitions.
He works closely with his clients to increase gross margins, net profit and cash flow. His experience in accounting, taxation and general business issues ensures Brearley and co provide an efficient and effective service.

Away from work Mark previously played, captained and managed Rotherham Town Cricket Club. He enjoys spending time with his family and mountain biking.
